Balanced lifestyle also means personal growth and leisure. Lets us not forget it. These hobbies, new skills and personal goals keep us creative, confident and satisfied. Reading, travelling and arts & crafts etc are all leisure activity that help us in retreating back from the hustling of daily life.

It helps you understand what you actually need and want in your life, so that you can choose based on your values and goals.

Sustainable Lifestyle Choices

Lifestyle also affects the environment apart from individual health. People who incorporate sustainable practices in their routine not only help maintain a more balanced world but also develop another dimension of responsibility and purpose.
